Supported today
- Creating and managing patient profiles from the dashboard.
- Creating and managing recurring medication reminders.
- Submitting support requests through the support page form.
Current constraints
- Direct support email and in-app live chat are not available on this support site right now.
- The support articles are static guides and do not update account data directly.
- Reminder setup currently focuses on recurring schedules; one-time reminder workflows are still limited.
